Task
Promote private birthday parties and events to possible buyers and give them any general information needed to understand what is offered/included in each type of package.
Process
I first collected the data that needed to be given to the consumers and checked it all for grammar and spelling mistakes & also referenced old packets that we had access to. I then decided which photos and imagery would be useful in promoting the services rendered and collected those items. Once I had all of these assets readily available, I worked on formatting those items within the sizes needed (brochure & letter size packet) to best present the information utilizing hierarchy test tests and print tests. Once the information was formatted, I presented it to my superiors for a final review and then began print production.
Solution
The party planner at HA was given all the files digitally and I also delivered the pamphlets and packets to her for use when discussing/selling the services to potential buyers. I also included this information on our website so that people searching online have easy access to all of the information.
